1. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will be notified if there is any delay in processing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for major cities and towns.
  • Delivery to rural or remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: A flat rate of PKR 200 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over PKR 3,000.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Nexon is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nexon.pk with pictures of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Delays

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays. If this happens, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
