1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products such as cosmetics, personal care items, or any hygiene-sensitive accessories cannot be returned once used or opened unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be intact.
If a product is returned in a condition that does not meet these guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued through a bank transfer or any other method agreed upon.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened cosmetics and personal care items.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product.
We will guide you through the process and, in most cases, offer a replacement or a refund.
