Refund and Returns Policy

At Nexon, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds. Please read the following guidelines to understand our policy.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale items or promotional items.
  • Products that fall under personal care or hygiene categories (e.g., lipsticks, brushes) unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@nexon.pk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds can take 5-7 business days to process after the return is approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer or a credit note for future purchases.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at info@nexon.pk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a product for another one, contact us at info@nexon.pk within 7 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the exchange process, and shipping charges for the new item may apply.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
