Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or an alternative method agreed upon.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following products are non-refundable:
- Used or opened cosmetic and personal care products.
- Items that are returned in a condition that is not resellable.

6. Refund for Lost or Stolen Packages
Nexon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the refund is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
