  • Once the product (gaming top-up, subscription code, or digital service) has been delivered or activated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

 How to Cancel

  • Contact our Customer Support Team via:

  • Provide your Order Number and reason for cancellation.

  • Our team will confirm if your order can be cancelled within 24–48 hours.

 Exceptions

  • Delivered digital products are non-cancellable.

  • Orders that have already been processed or codes that have been sent cannot be cancelled.
